Building a community
This community led project is built on a 4000m2 site, opposite the local community centre and a large park is over the road.
The rear of the site is gated and has six Independent two-bedroom residences, each accommodating one space.
The site has private street access and is split across five blocks.
The Residence
Each residence is a Hamptons inspired single storey home that has been designed to exceed the NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation standards.
