Our own Registered Nurses are highly skilled and experienced in providing community nursing services and nursing care at home, through your NDIS funded supports, meeting your complex medical and physical needs and empowering you to lead a stable, independent and healthy lifestyle in the comfort of your own home.

This may include pressure and complex wound care, diabetes management, complex bowel and stoma care, enteral and PEG feeding or after hospital care. As well as clinical care, we can provide health education, conduct assessments and wellbeing checks, and help clients build valuable skills in self-care.

Post-hospital recovery

Supporting a smooth transition from hospital care to home life.

Wound care management

Thorough wound care management including wound assessment, cleaning, dressing changes and infection prevention.

Urinary catheter management

Urinary catheter insertion, care and maintenance, reducing the risk of complications.

Enteral or PEG feeding

Our team can help if you require enteral or PEG feeding, providing knowledge and support on tube feeding techniques.

Medication monitoring and administration

We can administer your medications according to your doctor’s prescriptions and instructions, helping determine the right dosage at the right time.

Assessments

We conduct comprehensive assessments, working with clients, families and the treating healthcare team, to build personalised care plans specific to individual needs, and supporting clients to live as independently as possible.
